We had lunch for the first time at Polpo in the Eau Resort and we were absolutely blown away! Usually we eat at their Oceanside grill called Breeze but it was beyond crazy and not relaxing, so we made the best decision in the world and chose to check out Polpo. Fernando was our server and he was absolutely spot on/top notch! We split the Caesar Salad and loved it. Their dressings was perfectly balanced and exactly the right amount on the salad. Then we decided to go with the Margherita Pizza...great choice! Their sauce, crust, cheese, presentation cannot be beat! It’s been a very long time since we’ve had a pizza this terrific. And of course, having such a beautiful outside seat and view of the ocean didn’t hurt. Thank you Fernando and Polpo...we will definitely be back again to try more of what you offer for lunch as well as to come check out dinner!

Food is a 10/10 and service is excellent! We are hosting my baby shower here because we love the food and atmosphere so much. The hotel is absolutely stunning and we will continue to come here. If you ever need to host an event at this hotel Nicole is the absolute best and we could not recommend her enough. Highly recommend the calamari, pork chop, and penne vodka :)

We were looking for a brunch spot in Palm Beach and at the last minute decided on Polpo at Eau Palm Beach. Usually last minute decisions do not work in our favor, but this one definitely did. We were quickly seated outside on the balcony and received our drinks (Mimosa and a Stella beer) without delay. We had the Palm Beach Club and Creme Brulee French Toast and both were exquisite. Our server, Ethan, was attentive and helpful and made the experience extra special. This is a hidden gem and one we will seek out again when we are in Palm Beach.

Enjoyed breakfast at Polpo while on a business trip and had a nice experience from the second pulling into the valet. The entire team at Eau was exceptionally professional. My colleague and I sat within the covered solarium, as it was chilly and breezy out, but the ambience and view were both nice. All of the service team were excellent - we probably had at least 4-5 different people stopping by our table to take orders, serve food, refill coffee and water, clean plates, etc. I tried the berry vanilla yogurt parfait with a side of chicken apple sausage and English muffin and all were good! I really enjoyed the granola. I chose the orange marmalade with the English muffin and it was quite bitter, but I liked the individual jar packaging it came in. Overall, top notch service that was definitely notable and nice breakfast!

Right from the beginning, we were warmly greeted by Joel, the general manager, whose enthusiasm for his role infused the entire evening with positivity. Live Music: The live music, performed by a singing pianist, was a highlight of the evening. Her ability to play and sing a diverse range of songs, catering to the guests' preferences, added a delightful and personalized touch to the atmosphere. Menu and Bar: The menu and bar offerings were nothing short of amazing. From the selection to the presentation, every detail showcased a commitment to quality and innovation. In summary, this establishment is truly excellent, and much credit goes to Joel's exceptional leadership. The warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail have elevated this dining experience to one that will be remembered fondly.

Exceptional Dining Experience at Polpo! Our dinner at Polpo was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and treated to impeccable service. Live piano is a lovely touch as well. Our waiter, Will, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. His recommendations were spot on, making our meal even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Chef German is a master at his craft, and every dish was a delight. From the eggplant dip at the start to the exquisite entrees and the beautifully decadent desserts, every bite was perfection. My family all agreed—this was one of the best dinners we’ve had out in a long time! Polpo has officially become a new favorite, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!

Beautiful views, food was good, but nothing special, prices are high as expected for oceanfront dining. Great location for a special occasion, but be ready to break out your wallet for even the most basic of foods (soup & salad at lunch ran about 50 pp tax & tip)

Easy like Sunday morning. Coming to Polpo is easily one of the best dining experiences in Palm Beach County. The superb food, impeccable service, and richness of the views never disappoint.
